These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website (the “Site”) and any related services provided through it (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

3) Product information, pricing, and availability

We aim to describe products accurately and keep information up to date. However:

product images are illustrative and may differ slightly from the delivered product (e.g., due to lighting or screen settings),

availability can change, and an item may become unavailable after you place an order,

errors may occasionally occur (e.g., in prices, descriptions, or stock status).

If there is a material error affecting your order, we will contact you and you can confirm the corrected order or cancel it.

4) Orders and contract formation

Placing an order through the checkout flow is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order (for example by sending an order confirmation and/or dispatch confirmation, depending on our process).

We may refuse or cancel orders in good faith, for example if:

the product is out of stock,

payment cannot be completed or verified,

we suspect fraud or misuse,

delivery is not feasible to the address provided,

required information is missing or obviously incorrect.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will arrange a refund for the paid amount for the cancelled items.

5) Payments

Payment methods (if available) are displayed during checkout.

If payments are processed by third-party providers, their terms and privacy policies also apply to your payment transaction. We do not store full payment card details on our servers when a third-party payment provider is used.

6) Delivery and risk

Delivery options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout or communicated during order processing.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

You must provide accurate delivery details. If delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by you, additional costs may apply (where permitted by law).

7) Returns, refunds, and complaints

Return/refund conditions depend on the product type and applicable consumer protection law.

If you have an issue with an order, contact us promptly via the contact form on this Site and include your order details and a description of the issue.

If you return an item, you should package it securely. Refund timing can depend on the payment method, bank processing, and whether returned goods have been received and inspected (where applicable).

If you submit messages through the contact form or other channels, you agree not to submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.

You remain responsible for the content you submit. We may remove or refuse content that violates these Terms or law.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

12) Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages,

our total liability for claims relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law (for example, for intent or gross negligence where applicable).

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Changes apply when published on the Site.

14) Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Bosnia and Herzegovina, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you.

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first to try to resolve it amicably.
